Woman Adopts Senior Dog, Realizes It’s Her ‘Best Friend’ She Lost As A Child

Life is basically amazing sometimes the way it brings people and animals together after a waste of your time .

Nicole Grimes grew up as an only child. As a result, when she was 10 years old when her grandmother gave her every child’s dream birthday gift: a puppy. Nicole and her dog, a Pomeranian-Poodle cross, spent 4 years together as best friends.

Unfortunately, things changed after Nicole’s father changed jobs and visited work from home, which required a relaxed environment free from distraction – including barking.

For this reason, when Nicole was 14, her father dumped her beloved dog, Chloé, at the Washington Area Humane Society. it had been heartbreaking for Nicole and Chloé.

8 years later, Nicole was browsing her Facebook, when she noticed information about an elderly dog who was being adopted. The dog was a Pomeranian-Poodle mix and was called Chloé. additionally , she was 11 years old, an equivalent age as Chloé de Nicole would are at the time.


Unable to shake a sense that it might be the dog she was forced to offer up at 14, Nicole visited meet the dog. once they met, Chloe licked Nicole’s face as she did during the day, and Nicole was convinced that she was his Chloe.
