RIP PSD Axle: Ottawa Police Say Farewell to Beloved Love Dog

Ottawa police rested one among their brothers in arms. Axle, a German shepherd , died at 14 years old. He was a member of the Canine Unit for nine years.
According to the Ottawa Sun, the municipal police has 11 dogs in their canine unit.

German shepherds are often police dogs. they need quite a century of experience as working dogs. The German shepherd s Club of America said: “[The first German Shepherd was a] shepherd, requiring no training aside from leadership and finishing to become proficient during this task.” They were bred to be dogs of guard, guards, and sheepdogs.

We must echo what the Ottawa police said in his tweet: rest well, Axle. you've got been an excellent asset to your city and that we will miss you.
